New Years Resolutions!

1. Keep Fit!! One of my best mates brought me a pair of PINK boxing gloves and pads for my birthday, as I've wanted to try and keep fit this way for a long time. So I'm aiming to use these at least twice a week from the new year- Matt may need to help me with this by being the 'punch bag' with the pads :)

2. Raise money for charity. After losing my grandad to Prostrate Cancer in April 2012 I would like to raise money for their charity throughout 2013 in honour of my grandad, one of the most amazing people I ever knew.

3. Work hard and enjoy my job. I am a PA at a financial company and I LOVE my job!! However, I do sometimes let myself get stressed with the role and in 2013 I want to really enjoy it and not have any stresses!

 4. To go out and party ALOT more. The end of 2012 has been spent saving for my wedding and although I need to keep doing this, I want to make sure me and Matt go out alot more with our friends and have fun!!! :)

5. To complete race for life with my mum! I want to do this in honour of both of my grandads and as an achievement to myself. I completed this 2 years ago and want to beat my time then.

5. Get Married and be happy!!!!!

6. Carry on going to Zumba once a week. This is such a fun way to stay in shape and I go along with my amazing 'dance family' so it's a great way to keep in touch!

 7. Spend lots of quality time with my best mates!

 8. Have lots of fun with my gorgeous fiance.

 9. Finally, make sure I make the most of the time with all my family and dont take anyone for granted!



Catch up on the month :)

I haven't been on this blog in a while, have been abit rubbish!!

Here is a quick catch up on what I have been up to.

 Matt's friend had a wedding party during one of the hot weekends. Above is how i wore my hair for this. I was wearing an astec patterned maxi from Iternationale :)

 We had a BBQ at Matts mums last weekend. We had such gorgeous weather it seemed silly not to!!

 I won tickets from work to go and see the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Match from the Hospitality Suite :)

We have been living in our house now for 9 months and it's taken a while to get the rooms how we want them. We went to ASDA last week and got a bargain on a lovely feature for  our bedroom!

Photo diary of the last week!

1. My work had a community day where we went to a local school and painted their classrooms. This is a lovely pic of me chilling with a drink during one of our breaks in my lovely community tshirt :)

2. It was Matts bday last Sat and we went out to Tropeiro (all you can eat Brazilian) on the Friday night. This is Matt with his bday cheesecake they provided.

3. Again Matt with a cake, this time the bday cake his mum made for him!

A few of my favourite fashion picks for the month..

1. Ear cuffs- these seem to be everywhere at the mo and I think they are a nice little touch to any outfit!

2. Studded shoes, studs in any kind of outfit is my obsession at the moment and these shoes are gorgeous!

3. Blazers are my love...worn with skinny jeans and a simple top makes a simple yet elegant work outfit.

4. Batwing tops. Being a skinny lady, I like something that doesnt stick to my arms and show just how skinny they are, which is why I love batwing sleeves :) This would make a lovely outfit for after work drinks with the girls.

5. I admire anyone that can get away with wearing a tshirt as a dress but i LOVE the look and might try it out on my next holiday. Not sure the streets of the UK are ready for me rocking that look, especially in the rain!

For anyone that doesnt know me, this time last year I got my dream job, as a P.A.

At first I didnt really know what to wear to work for this role, as it's quite a formal role and I want to give a good impression. I ended up wearing formal clothes that to be honest were just BORING! I have looked around lately and seen alot of gorgeous office outfits that are formal and stylish.

My fave ladies, the Kardashians wear this look amazingly well, so I have put a few of my favourite sexy but classy office outfits below, enjoy!!!

1. This was from a day trip me and Matt took to Warwick Castle. Black hoody from George at ASDA, black jeans from Topshop, White pumps from Primark and black side bag from Dorothy Perkins.

2. This was from a BBQ we had in our house last summer (when we actually had a summer). black cardi from Primark, Pink shirt from Primark and black skirt from New Look.

A WEEK IN INSTAGRAM!

1. I adore this outfit. With the current weather being anything but Summer this seems perfect for a daytime shopping outfit.

2. One of my best friends Sim has got a new job in Milton Keynes and we had a leaving party for her Friday. Many tears were shed!

3. I LOVE this hairstyle! Anyone that knows me will know I am a little obsessed with Kim Kardashian.

4. We FINALLY tidied and completed our new garden. We have been in this house since December and the state of the garden when we arrived was shocking. It has taken a while to get it to this normal state.
